[WARNING: This post contains a ridiculous amount of beach photos!]
When you spend a whole month roaming Greece in a campervan, VANLIFE merges nicely with BEACH-LIFE.
My road trip took me both inland and along coastlines. I can confirm that Greece is beautiful through and through!
And with this post I wish to entertain you with a selection of some of the best beaches I’ve had the privilege and pleasure to witness, experience and where I practiced lots of sea meditation. #NOFILTERS !
SEA MEDITATION
Before you indulge in the pictures below, picture this: You are floating weightless on crystal clear water; the water temperature is crispy perfect, chilled enough to cool you down from the hot sun, shining right above you; the beach is made of white, rounded little stones, and as you float with your ears under water, your mind is mesmerised by the sound of your breath from the inside, and the sound of the stones shuffling softly below you, moving with the waves at the bottom of the sea. At this point, you are completely connected with your breath and planet Earth. In this moment, nothing else matters.
This has become one of my favourite meditation practice.
